All sellers operate as independent contractors.
Nothing on this platform creates an employer employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship.
Sellers are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, compliance, and activities.
No Income Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding earnings, sales volume, success, or results.

Use of Services
You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.
You may not misrepresent Socials Elevated, make false claims, or promise results to businesses.
Payments and Payouts
All customer payments are processed by Socials Elevated.
Seller payouts are calculated according to current commission structures and paid on a scheduled basis.
We reserve the right to adjust payout timing, suspend payouts for disputes, or withhold payouts for violations.
Third Party Services
Automation fulfillment is provided by third party systems including but not limited to Hexona Systems, Go High Level and other customized automations via Make, N8N, and others.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by third party providers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, misuse, or risk to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Socials Elevated is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid to Socials Elevated in the prior three months.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of your state.
